Great location, close to city center. Good price, basic but clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Generous and delicious breakfast. Charming atmosphere.
Nothing to be said.

Staff was extremely helpful with every thing we needed. As soon as we arrived we were handed leaflets and infor about ferrara and surroundings. They gave us advice on what to do, see and visit. Food at the restaurant was lovely. Room and bathroom was very big, extremely clean and with modern furnishings. Would definately return
You need to have a car to visit ferrara, but in the other hand you can find ample parking in front of hotel.

This hotel is situated in the outskirts of the city, which some people might find a disadvantage. it is in a great position to reach nearby cities. the room is basic but clean and very quiet, equipped with isolating windows that block out most of the noise. the staff is friendly and welcoming. the breakfast is satisfying, with cheese, meats, pastries, bread.
The hotel's location may not be suitable for tourists who want to stay in the city center.

The hotel is in a semi-industrial area on the outskirts of Ferrara next to a main road, but this was not a problem for us, as this was a brief overnight stopover - checking in very late and leaving very early. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff on duty at check-in were friendly and efficient. There was a problem earlier in the day, as the hotel could not find our reservation when I phoned to confirm, and the gentleman I spoke to was not very helpful in trying to solve the problem - even taking into account his poor English and my even worse Italian. Fortunately, the service provided by the Booked.net office was excellent and the difficulty was ironed out very quickly, our reservation was found and our very brief stay was trouble-free thereafter.

Affordable price, 15 minutes from the city center, very kind staff (they provide us lot of maps and tips to visit the city and suggested us where to park, etc), very good restaurant and breakfast service. The room was ok, confortable and nice
The bathroom wasn't perfectly cleaned

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered a variety of food including pastries and fresh fruits. The hotel was located at a convenient distance from the city center, and the room was tidy. the hotel had an elevator which made it easy to move around with luggage.
Sadly, the hotel wasn't in a strategic location since it wasn't very close to the city center. As an alternative, there wasn't much to do or visit in the surrounding area, and guests had to take a cab or rent a car to move around.

Don't let looks decieve you. When I saw the hotel and its surroundings I thought - this is going to be a forgotten dump in some forgotten industrial nothingness. But inside it was another world. Very nice, helpful, caring staff, always eager to help, rooms big and clean, air-condition, big bathroom, everything new. I slept in much worse places for much more money, so this hotel is excellent. The only thing - breakfast is excellent if you like it sweet. I prefer ham'n'eggs breakfast - that doesn't happen in Italy... Also, I was there right after the earthquakes and we were given instructions how to behave in case of tremor, also every room had extra instructions printed accuratelly. Very proffessional.
The hotel is quite far from centre of Ferrara, so it's not a 'vacation' type of hotel, but more of a 'passing through' b&b thing. We felt a little earthquake in the middle of the night (Ferrara was almost in the centre of earthquakes in spring 2012), but the hotel took it without a crack. :) Nevertheless, just in case of a big earthquake, the lift was used only for baggage, while we understandably complied with the temporary new rule and used the stairs. But that was quite allright, considering the circumstances.

We loved the location of this hotel, which was just on the outskirts of the city center. It was super easy to get to neighboring cities like Polesella and Rovigo from here. Even though the room we got was cheap, it was also very clean and surprisingly quiet despite facing the street. We appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety of items and the dining room food was delicious as well. we had a lovely experience here!
It was all superb.
